Lorelei Belle Hofmann was born at 2:08 p.m. on Tuesday, October 9th. She clocked in at 7 lbs, 14 oz and was 19.5 inches in length.
She's as healthy as could be and we are oh so smitten with her.
Pictures (I promise) to follow, along with the more details about the birth, but I'm a bit short on time at the moment. Overall, the birth went great and was easier than Charlotte's, and Lorelei is (so far) a significantly less fussy newborn than our first-born girl.
And, speaking of Charlotte, that big sister is SO excited about Lorelei and has claimed her as "my baby."
